I was thrilled with the spacious room that offered incredible views of the runways at LAX, a great bonus for airplane enthusiasts like me. However, the lack of coffee and tea making facilities and free bottled water was a bit disappointing. The staff was top-notch, with Miranda, Liz, and Sam going above and beyond to ensure everything we needed was taken care of. The location was excellent for exploring and not far from the beach, although a bit noisy from the street. The dining experience was good, but some items were overpriced for the quality.
